Make your event unforgettable by hosting it at Leigh & Paige Fine Art. Event rental gives you exclusive access to 1500 square feet of gallery space and our covered porch, along with 1/3 acre of outdoor space to the rear of the gallery.
Rental rates are as follows:
- Daily, before 4pm: $75 per hour (2 hour minimum)
- Monday - Thursday, after 4pm: $75 per hour (3 hour minimum)
- Friday and Saturday, after 4pm: $500 (includes 5 hours*)
- Sunday, after 4pm: $100 per hour (3 hour minimum)
*Note: this should include all set up and tear-down time. Additional hours may be purchased if desired. A $75 cleaning fee will be charged for any event with more than 10 people.
MILITARY RATES: Functions including but not limited to Spouse Coffees, Hails & Farewells: Please contact us directly for special discounts and accommodations. This is a Veteran-owned organization and we provide special support to these activities, for both Active Duty, Retired, and Veteran functions.

We are happy to host a wide variety of events, including cocktail parties, launch parties, showers, receptions, fundraisers, exercise classes... the list is only limited by your imagination. Below you will find information on most of the questions you might have. Please feel free to reach out if you have additional questions.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I FIT IN THE GALLERY?
This varies depending upon the type of event you intend to host. We can comfortably accommodate 65-70 people for a standing/cocktail reception. For a seated dinner, we can accommodate 45-50 people. The back lawn provides limitless opportunities to host larger events. Please discuss your needs with us to determine the best space plan for your event.
CAN I BRING MY OWN CATERER?
Yes. You are permitted to use a fully licensed and insured caterer of your choice. We have no refrigeration or heating capability, but can provide access to a power outlet if necessary.
CAN I SERVE ALCOHOL?
Yes. Please note, we require a licensed, insured bartender for any events in which alcohol is served to your guests. This requires the vendor to obtain a temporary permit from the City of Columbus no less than 10 days in advance of the event in order to ensure the permit is received in time for the event. We also reserve the right to require a security guard for your event.
DO YOU HAVE TABLES AND CHAIRS FOR RENT?
We have 30 matching chairs you may use free of charge. Other rental needs, including tables, additional chairs, and linens, must be arranged through another vendor. We are happy to provide recommendations in the local area. To protect the artwork in the gallery, a gallery representative will handle all setup of tables and chairs.
CAN I HANG MY OWN ART?
We do allow rentals for private art showings. Please inquire for more information.
WHERE DO MY GUESTS PARK?
There is ample free parking in the immediate area. If not setting up outside, there is 1/3 acre of lawn with a driveway behind the gallery.
HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE?
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and full payment. Due to high demand, we are unable to hold dates. Payments are non-refundable, but are transferrable within 364 days of original date, pending availability. Please note: there are several dates reserved for gallery openings and events.
